Privacy Policy

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information — your email address, username, password (stored only as a secure hash), and account role (fan or creator).
• Profile and content — for creators, your display name, bio, links, and any posts, images, or media you upload.
• Payment information — processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers; we keep limited records such as subscription status, amounts, and identifiers needed to operate memberships and payouts.
• Usage and device data — basic logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed, used for security, rate limiting, and analytics.
• Communications — messages you send us (e.g. support requests).

We use personal information to:

• operate the platform — create accounts, host content, and run memberships and campaigns;
• process payments to creators and platform fees to us, through Stripe;
• send transactional and account emails (e.g. password resets) and, where you have opted in, creator newsletters;
• secure the platform — prevent fraud, abuse, and bot activity, and enforce our Terms;
• understand usage and improve the product; and
• comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf to run the platform, including:

• Stripe — payment processing and creator payouts (Stripe Connect);
• Resend — transactional and newsletter email delivery;
• Cloudflare — media storage/delivery and bot protection (Turnstile);
• Pusher — real-time updates such as live comments;
• our hosting and database providers — to run the application and store data.

Each provider receives only the data needed for its function. We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our Terms, or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

Some information is public by design. A creator’s profile, public posts, and membership tiers are visible to anyone. When you comment, your username and comment are visible to others who can view that post. Members-only content is shown only to fans with an active qualifying subscription. Your email address and payment details are never shown publicly.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to secure the platform. We may use limited analytics to understand aggregate usage. We do not use cookies to sell your data to advertisers.

We keep personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with legal and financial-record obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information — including hashing passwords, encrypting data in transit, and restricting access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can update much of your information in your account settings, or contact us at kreollyllc@gmail.com to make a request. You may unsubscribe from creator newsletters at any time using the link in those emails.

Kreoly is not intended for children under 13, and you must be at least 18 to make or receive payments. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13; if we learn we have, we will delete it.

We and our service providers may process and store your information in countries other than where you live. Where required, we take steps to ensure your information receives an adequate level of protection when transferred.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of Kreoly after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
